One of the main goals of ITJ is to provide a convenient
means for teachers and others active in the field of
Japanese language education to
share and exchange educational
resources such as lesson plans, learning centers,
handouts, learning activities, pictures, etc., that they
have developed with other educators.
In addition to our interest in facilitating the exchange and
sharing of educational resources, we are also very
interested in hearing from professional language educators
who may be interested in developing modules and
courses for the the ITJ course catalog. We welcome
communication from both Japanese language specialists and
professionals engaged in the general field of language
education. (This part of ITJ is not yet operational.)
Similarly, after ITJ is fully operational, we would like to
hear from Japanese language educators who are currently
teaching at the primary and/or secondary level and who would
like to learn more about becoming an ITJ learning
facilitator.
